Bento plate $9.47. This is regular price not a special, but seems like the price of a special with all the food you get. Chicken Teriyaki ordered mine with no sauce. Chicken was tender and seasoned delicious over rice, CA sushi, dumpling and salad.

The food is always great. Can't complain about that, since it's the only reason I return .
The staff is a bunch of people who doesn't represent the brand or what it once was.
The manager is a lazy liar who cuts corners, allows his workers to dictate who and how things are operated. The grill chefs are all Mexicans who have brought that mentality that since we are schedule to close at 9pm, let's begin to shit everything off at 830 and chase away customers. The chicken sizes are never regulated. They give what they want to who they perceive are worthy of their servings. I saw a Mexican guy get 3 servings while he paid for double meat. I for one, paid for double meat and barely got a whole serving. When I pointed that out, no desire to fix my order. Worst restaurant service with great food. -

Worst place ever.... food was descent hence the 1 star. The girl at the cashier has THE WORST customer service I've ever seen, too busy flirting with her male coworkers to care about takin an order. And handed me my card with attitude...

Years later, and this is still one of my favorite joints in the Fashion Valley food court. Deep in my heart, I know it's tremendously oily, but I refuse to believe it. It's probably one of the healthier options in the food court. For the chicken teriyaki, rice, and veggies (+extra meat) - the cost came out to be just under $10.
There's usually about 3-7 people in line, and the wait is about 10 minutes. On average, this is longer than the wait in Panda, but shorter than Rubio's, so take your pick! I docked a star for the weird proportions, they give wayyyy too much rice. Regardless, definitely worth a visit for you mall strollin' Yelpers :) -

Nope. Did not like this place at all. They did not have a spicy option. Food wasn't as good as other Sarku Japan.
